Step one
Once you've downloaded or printed the worksheet, find a cozy place outdoors and follow along with the prompts.
Step two
Once you've complete the worksheet, select the "Completed Challenge" button and answer the remaining prompts. Remember, forests are always there as a tool for your mental and physical health. The healthier our trees, the healthier we will be, too!
