Step one
Download the HTHL Handout and print it out.
Step two
Find a location that you can walk and sit comfortably in the presence of trees. Picking a quiet spot will is preferable, as it will prevent interruptions.

Read the instructions and follow along as best you can. If possible, write down some of your thoughts and observations in the space provided so that you can reflect on them later.
